Zscaler System Lead

The role of the System Lead is to ensure the smooth operation and optimization of Zscaler’s cloud-native security platform.

Must have the following skills and experience:

• Experience in a senior role, enabling:
  • Zscaler for Operational Edge, and Zero Trust Access with Client Connector/Z-App; App-Connectors and Private/Virtual Service Edges.
  • Legacy business application access/security with Zscaler
  • cloud SaaS/PaaS/computing access & security with Zscaler
• Experience of integrating Zscaler with MS Azure Entra-ID/AD, and other business applications to enable an E2E Zero Trust Access and Operational Security Edge Solution
• Participated in a large-scale zero trust project, a technical delivery specialist, or manager, with plenty of experience in designing, developing, and applying zero trust architecture tools/products in a large global organisation.

Other requirements:

• An in-depth knowledge of security Zero trust fundamentals; Understands the concepts, workings, and patterns of Zero trust.
• Familiar with at least one practical enterprise deployment/application/scenario of Zero trust with Zscaler.
• Understands the business models of Legacy data centre and cloud computing service providers, and the challenges of a mature desktop-VPN-user base, and be able to build an overall Zero trust transformation framework around Legacy applications and cloud applications, including the refinement and iteration of requirements, continual tuning of designs/tools/services, and other dimensions, to help plan and maintain the deployment rhythm and heartbeat according to business priorities as well as maturity and continuous iteration.
