We are looking for a talented WCAG Accessibility Specialist/Quality Assurance Engineer specialised in Accessibility to join a team of Design Technologists and Software Developers.

As a WCAG Accessibility Specialist/Quality Assurance Engineer, you will ensure ad campaigns and products meet the highest standards of Accessibility, performance and reliability.

You will perform manual and automated testing, document learnings and actively collaborate with engineers on the resolution of defects and will directly impact the experience of thousands of customers by making products and services accessible to all.

Key job responsibilities

• Check for accessibility defects and other customer-facing issues
• Perform manual and automated testing
• Document test cases
• Identify, isolate, and track defects throughout testing
• Record test progress and results
• Research new tools, technologies, and testing processes
• Review user interfaces for accessibility, consistency and functionality
• Develop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness
• Drive innovation and streamline overall testing processes

Tools and technologies we use

• HTML/JS/CSS
• ReactJS
• Manual and automated Accessibility testing tools
• Figma

Basic qualifications

• +3 years of experience (non-internship) in professional front-end, web or mobile software development companies
• Extensive knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
• Experience with Accessibility testing tools such as BrowserStack, Axe and Lighthouse
• Experience with assistive technologies such as VoiceOver

This a 4 month rolling contract and will be on a hybrid basis, working 3 days per week in Central London.
