Trading Application Support

A leading financial service are looking to hire a Trading Application Support

You would be responsible for;
. Providing daily application support and troubleshooting for users and internal trade desks, escalating to separate teams when needed
. Fulfilling client customisation requests within algorithmic trading systems/e-trading/MTF platform
. Troubleshooting and analysis of order routing and trade flow and post-trade issues

Therefore they are looking for someone with the following skills and experiences;
. Hands-on support experience within a financial institution (buy-side, sell-side, venue/platform provider)
. Ideally a knowledge of FIX protocol
. Application support experience within a Unix/Linux environment
. Ideally and understanding of international Equity market mechanics and flow
