Experienced and technical Test Manager, with experience of working with SAP S/4HANA and Tableau data visualisation for our London based professional services client, with full remote working available.

Requirements

• Able to demonstrate a practical knowledge of Test Management principles and best practices, with the ability to practically apply these to your work
• Able to develop and execute a comprehensive and risk based test approach, covering all relevant phases of the end-to-end test life cycle, and plan detailed test preparation, execution and governance/reporting activities
• Able to demonstrate strong stakeholder management and communication skills in order to engage with multiple levels of the organisation

Technical Skills

• Experience in the test management of SAP applications, in particular S/4HANA
• Knowledge of Data Visualisation tools – ideally Tableau
• Test management in an Azure Dev Ops environment
• Proven experience of developing test plans and executing tests in a customer facing role
• Test automation knowledge and experience, even in a management role
• Team leading/test management – including allocation of work, monitoring of progress and reporting
• Experience of working in a variety of different technical environments

• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)

• Needs to be practical and proactive
• Should be able to grasp concepts quickly and appreciate implications of decisions
• Able to work well autonomously, with a focus on delivery

About you

You will be a certified, experienced test manager, used to working closely with project managers, sponsors and technical team members to assure quality on multiple projects and streams of work. You will have experience in working in agile and waterfall environments and using the latest test management systems and techniques.

Must be a pro-active and outspoken team member with excellent communication skills, capable of producing clear and concise Test Strategies, Test Plans and Completion Reports. You must have experience of estimating timescales for projects, documenting the scope of testing in test plans and dealing with senior customer stakeholders.
