Technology Manager – D365 Business central focused – London based

My client are a fashion and retail client who are going through a digital transformation having recently moved overt to D365 Business central SaaS, alongside integrations with other tech such as fashion add-ons and their CRM system. They are looking for someone to come in and take leadership of the applications and work with the finance and engineering team to ensure correct layout of projects and implementations are done thoroughly.

This company have big plans moving forward, including expansion of the tech team so your team will grow from overseeing 2 personnel to 5 as they look to bring tech in-house. There is also development opportunities as you will work closely alongside the Lead D365 Business central Developer and build out your AL and coding skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Management of support & escalation process within the organisation.
• Building and managing relationships with 3rd parties such as consultancies and software solutions providers.
• Overseeing and actioning Core Business Applications permissions and user access management.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience owning the support process, preferably in the ECommerce industry.
• Experience with Business Central and CRM platforms.
• Technical prowess on subjects such as Integrations, APIs, Monitoring and Alerting.
