Our Global IP (Intellectual Property) and Asset Management Software Application Vendor requires a TECHNICAL Support Engineer to work from its London EMEA Office to support its Global Customer Base. Given the natural of communication, you must have an extremely high level of written and spoken English.
You must live in a commutable daily distance of the West Central London Office, though the role has flexible working including home working. Home working is not a right and you should be prepared to work 5 days from the office if required.
The clients’ applications are core Microsoft and are hybrid SAAS cloud, as well as customer server installed. There is a portfolio of connected applications which also connect to 3rd party application vendors. Lots of connectivity via APIs. Customer implementations are largely data feeds but could equally contain bespoke developments.
Thus, this role requires a Support Engineer capable of troubleshooting technical, connectivity, data or application code issues and identify workarounds and solutions.
The role will require robust expertise with SQL database (SSMS) and excellent proficiency in various object-oriented programming languages, such as C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core will be an asset.
