Technical Onboarding Manager – London/Hybrid – £65,000 – Securities Finance applications

TrinIT Talent are looking for a Technical Onboarding Manager to join our customers team based in London 1-2 days a week and the rest from home. This is a permanent position paying up to £65,000 per annum + bonus depending on experience.

Job Description:-

• Provide an excellent onboarding experience for both new and existing customers.
• Manage the full life cycle of the integration, from the first post-sale discussion, through implementation and delivery.
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders across the business to manage dependencies and remove roadblocks, drive forward the client onboarding process, to the right quality and timelines.
• Conduct scripted testing during the development phase and co-ordinate User Acceptance Testing.

Key skills:-

• An understanding of security finance and capital markets
• Strong stakeholder management
• Manual and automated testing experience
