Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable solutions in market or operational risk.
• Maintain a hands-on approach with development, working with .NET Core, Angular, and SQL .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives and ensure technical excellence.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Technical Lead or equivalent leadership role.
• Strong background in market risk or operational risk within the financial sector.
• Expertise in .NET Core, Angular, and SQL .
• Excellent communication skills and experience engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to balance leadership responsibilities with hands-on technical contributions.
