I’m recruiting a Technical Director on behalf of an interactive marketing agency who’ve worked with some of the biggest names around – Netflix, Pepsi, McDonalds, Hewlett-Packard and many more.
They cover everything from websites, digital campaigns and communications, microsites, online video and many more – there’s a huge variety to the projects your teams will be working on!
As the Technical Director, your position in this business will be integral to their overall success – as you’ll be planning and leading the delivery of highly complex technical solutions, providing support to multiple project teams who are based around the UK.
They are looking for a Technical Director who has a proven history delivering Java based technical platforms, websites, and solutions – ideally working in a digital agency environment.
Some of the types of digital applications they are looking for you to have experience in delivering will be: Content Management systems (open source & enterprise), mobile apps, bespoke platforms, API’s, web services, cloud hosting, emerging technology (Voice, ML, AR/VR) – they aren’t expecting all of these of course, but hopefully this gives you a flavour of the type of work you can expect to get stuck into.
You should also have experience in managing & mentoring people, ideally a mixture of on-site and remote team members.
For this Technical Director role they are paying upto £120,000 + benefits for this position – and would like to see you 1-2 days per week in their London HQ.
