Technical Development Lead £45,000 – £55,000 South East London Permanent Are you steaming with passion for engineering and espresso? Join our client at the heart of London’s coffee revolution! You’ll be the mastermind behind their machines, working hand-in-glove with their roastery maestros and ensuring every workplace can sip sustainably. As a result of recent growth, they are in search of a Technical Development Lead to lead the development of machines, contribute to shaping and launching new projects, and play a pivotal role in their next groundbreaking coffee initiative. Responsibilities: Develop blueprints for coffee recipes and drink settings for automated equipment. Establish a training and accreditation system for partners to meet company standards. Introduce testing protocols for new equipment and oversee technical support strategy. Assist in machine installation and maintenance. Create training materials and deliver them to stakeholders, customers, and partners. Collaborate with senior leaders to prioritize tasks and mitigate risks.

Qualifications: Demonstrated experience with Super Automatic Espresso machines and electromechanical systems. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose faults efficiently. A Level or NVQ Level 3 Equivalent (Preferred) Experience with telematics systems.
