Lynx Recruitment are working with one of London’s most exciting companies to recruit for a Tech Lead.

The company is a Fintech start-up which was acquired by the UKs most well-known banking group, which means now is the perfect time to come on board as they utilise the new funding and support to turbo-charge their growth plans and expansion into additional markets. If successful you would be a full time employee of the banking group, with their full benefits package.

The product is a mobile and web application designed to improve young peoples and families financial habits, it is multi award winning, has been featured in the likes of Which, The Guardian, Forbes, The Times and the BBC and has users in the hundreds of thousands.

The role is 100% remote, the company’s office is based within the banking group’s HQ in central London

Responsibilities

• Own cross-team infrastructure and delivery of projects
• Ensure solid, maintainable code is delivered by yourself and the team
• Managing a team of developers including direct reports for performance and management
• Mentoring and championing best Agile practices

Requirements – Essential

• TypeScript / JavaScript – TypeScript preferred
• React (Redux beneficial)
• NodeJS, Express
• HTTP / RESTful
• Git

Requirements – Beneficial

• AWS ECS, CDK, SNS, SQS, XRAY, Lambda, DynamoDB
• SQL – PostgreSQL, TSQL, Presto
• Swagger / OpenAPI
• Cordova / Native App
• TeamCity / Github Actions
