Our client a leading Goverment body are seeking to recruit a DV Cleared SQL SME/DBA and you will bring the below skill set:

DV CLEARED CURRENTLY HELD

You should have the following experience:

– Proven experience working as a Database Administrator with a strong understanding of SQL Database configurations.

– Hands-on experience in performance tuning and optimization of SQL databases.

– Expertise in using SQL Server Management Studio and Azure Data Studio.

– Significant experience in Azure cloud deployment, including VM, IaaS, PaaS, and Managed Instances.

– Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services, particularly Data Factory and Logic Apps.

As a SQL Database Administrator, you will be responsible for:

• Managing and maintaining SQL Server databases, both on-premises and in the Azure cloud environment.
• Performance tuning and optimization of SQL databases using native monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
• Utilizing SQL Server Management Studio and Azure Data Studio to administer and monitor databases.
• Working with various Azure cloud deployment models, including VM, IaaS, PaaS, and Managed Instances.
• Collaborating with Microsoft Azure services such as Data Factory and Logic Apps to support data integration and automation processes.
• Proactively manage the SQL Server databases through multiple product life cycle environments.
• Actively participate in project and architecture discussions regarding the SQL server platforms.
