Solution Architect (Hybrid – West London) – c.£85k

AWS | Customer | Contact Centre

Salary: c.£85k + 20% bonus + 8% pension

Location: Hybrid – West London (1-2 days a month in office)

Our client, a FTSE100 Aviation company are going through a large-scale transformation project and require experienced Solution Architects to implement these changes. They are looking for passionate Solution Architects to define enterprise-wide business and application architecture within their Customer Engagement Centre space. You will required to develop a strategy to move the Customer Engagement team to product.

Experience required:

• Successful completion of significant architecture and consultancy assignments
• Successful stakeholder management at a senior level with an ability to influence and persuade
• Knowledge of international trends and practises in architecture and use of this to deliver business benefit
• Ability to work in ambiguous environments

Nice to have:

• TOGAF
• Experience of operating across multiple countries and cultures
