Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to credibly and confidently present complex and detailed technical solution content to multiple levels of stakeholders and audiences including CxO both internally and externally.
Experience running customer workshops, gathering requirements, reviewing and writing up solution documentation.
Pre-sales experience including software demonstration capability.
Ability to be the lead solution architect within a Programme or Project ensuring that output is clear, consistent and concise.
Experience with operating with an offshore model and collaborating with multi-location teams.
Knowledge of the insurance & reinsurance industry advantageous

Take the Solution Architecture role on implementation projects and programmers
Organise, run and write up requirement gathering technical/solution workshops with the customer as part of an Implementation Study.
Demonstrate technical solutions as part of an implementation.
Oversee and review technical and functional content created by the team as part of the full implementation life cycle.
Manage day to day technical customer interactions during an implementation.
Assist in the preparation of the implementation study document and subsequent written output required on the project or programme.
