Software Engineer (Rust and/or Python)£80,000 – £170,000 (hiring at multiple levels)Fully remoteAre you a Software Engineer with experience working on high-performance HFT systems?A quantitative proprietary trading firm is looking to strengthen its development team by adding a number of passionate Software Engineers.Working closely with Algorithmic Traders and Data Scientists, you will build top-level core systems, services, and components. As well as implement trading strategies and create monitoring scripts to increase the system stability.We are looking for passionate Software Engineers that have a good mix of the following:

• Solid programming expertise – including at least one of Rust or Python
• The ability to take ownership of projects, and be motivated to make things happen yourself
• A passion/interest in Crypto, and the future of the industry
• A collaborative mindset – being a team player is a must
