Software Development Manager – £90KA nationwide SaaS business is looking for a Software Development Manager to guide and lead technology practises across the technology group, paying up to £90K in London.

Key aspects for the Software Development Manager role:Guide and lead technology selections and engineering practises.Help create application architecture and development standards across technical teams.Apply software design principles – cohesion, modularity, encapsulation, implementation.Develop scalable enterprise systems in C#.NET using SOLID principles.Work closely with other technical leaders to support infrastructure and product development.Research technology landscape and provide team lead management.

Experience required for the Software Development Manager:Commercial experience using Search Optimisation technologies – Elastic, Solr, Splunk, Lucene, etc.Extensive knowledge of Software Architecture, design patterns and standards.Excellent full stack development or CI/CD background.Strong experience of distributed systems design and development.Ability to optimise high transactional web applications.
