Site Manager Full Time

Our client, who are one of the UK’s leading house-builders are looking to recruit a Site Manager for their development in South-East London.

The project consists of c 5000 homes, with majority being RC frame units. The development has a project completion date of 2037.

They are looking for a Site Manager with solid all-round skills to initially cover external Facade works, and then internal Fit-Out works. Your day-to-day duties would be to ensure the project runs to speed and programme, attend and chair meetings with specialist sub-contractors and report progress back to senior management.

You will also ensure H&S is always adhered to and as mentioned you will work on other packages as the project progresses.
