ServiceNow Implementation Specialist

Required Skills:

• *Must be a UK National with minimum 5 years unbroken residency*
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow infrastructure and architecture
• Experience with IT service management and ITIL principles
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Desirable Skills:

• Holding experience of working within the UK Public Sector
• Experience of applying your job role skills for critical national infrastructure for the UK
• Experience of communication/telco systems
• Experience of working with the UK emergency services
• Experience of (or a desire to) work within an eco system team – IBM will be leading different suppliers as part of this engagement
• Certification in ITIL or IT service management
• Understanding of cloud-based infrastructure and security
