Salary: £80,000 – £110,000 + Excellent Benefits Package

We are working with a leading financial services client seeking a Service Manager to oversee their IT operations. You’ll be responsible for ensuring high availability, driving continuous improvements, and managing a modern cloud-first infrastructure.

What’s required for the role:

• Experience leading an IT operations team
• Background in developing an IT operations strategy providing 1st/2nd line technical support
• Strong background in being responsible for DevSecOps, ITIL, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
• Exposure with Azure Cloud Services, Terraform, and CI/CD automation
• Proven ability to manage and improve IT operations and service management processes
• Strong technical knowledge of Modern Workplace technologies like Intune, Active Directory, 365/Copilots
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and departments
• Passion for continual process and automation improvement to improve operational excellence
• Excellent communication skills to work within a dynamic changing environment
