Insurance nice to have; ANY good Financial Services background welcomed
- Knowledge of Windows 11, Office, Azure Entra, Azure Admin, Teams Admin, Exchange, SharePoint, Citrix, and printing technology.
- OpenBox, Impact, DocoSoft, RMS, Workday, ProCede (ideal but not essential).
- Supporting AV/Media support, Crestron technology, Signage Live (ideal but not essential).
- Backups and restores.
- Be confident leading a small team, acting as an escalation/referral point where necessary.
