My client is a market leading FTSE100 organisation who are looking to build out their Service Design community. You’ll be joining a team of Service Designers to shape the future digital services & propositions for a major B2C organisation. You’ll work collaboratively with product, design and business leadership to re-imagine the current landscape whilst also working on “blue sky thinking” initiatives.

You’ll have a previous track record as a Service Designer working in a design led organisation. You’ll have experience collaborating with design teams to shape future propositions in an agile, user obsessed team. You must have fantastic business and stakeholder engagement skills.

The client operates a hybrid working model.
