Are you interested in working in a high-impact and diverse global team? We are looking for an energetic and talented Senior Trade Compliance Manager (M/F) to support variety of cross border projects. You will execute on a broad range of customs compliance matters within the EMEA region, working across procurement, transportation, legal, tax and a multiple other stakeholders. You will be setting trade compliance strategy, engaging directly with customs administration within the region.
Key job responsibilities
Enabling the business via providing accurate compliance guidance. Setting right control mechanisms to support ongoing operations and new project launches. Engaging with authorities, advocating for Amazon recommended solutions. Setting business targets, driving cross team collaboration, pushing back on business decisions if compliance requirements are at risk.
A day in the life
Attending several business calls, checking on ongoing business operations. Writing/checking papers in connection to new business launches and improvements on existing processes. Traveling to different locations within EMEA 2-3 times a month, to conduct business reviews/meetings.
