As Senior Supporter Engagement Officer you will play a critical role in the experience of a supporter when they engage with Mind. You will build strong working relationships with the teams communicating with Mind’s warm audiences, oversee delivery of organisational supporter communications planning and champion Mind’s commitment to supporter engagement. You will be committed to delivering process improvement and working collaboratively across the organisation to ensure we put supporters at the heart of everything we do, through all touchpoints.
