Senior Support Analyst

We are a small but fast growing IT Consultancy and managed services provider based in the City of London. We are a friendly, close-knit, and supportive team of professionals.

• Salary: £30,000 – £38,000
• Location: London, EC4V (5 days on-site / potential for 1 day WFH)
• UK based ONLY
• Office 365 / Active Directory / MDM / Windows Server

Role Overview

• This role will consist of 90% Incident Management (1st/2nd Line Support) and 10% Project Work.
• Incident Management – This will involve triaging all incidents and Service requests logged for urgency and priority. You will be resolving or escalating tickets to relevant person within agreed SLTS. On site client support in London and Watford (as part of rota). You will be delivering remote and on-site customer support.
• Project Work – This will include supporting the delivery of all projects.
• Other – Being an escalation point for other Service Desk team members and becoming a champion of knowledge for specific technologies within the team.

Role Requirements

• Happy to commute to Blackfriars at least 4 days a week.
• Willing to be on a on-call rota (1 in 6 weeks)
• Office 365 / Active Directory / MDM / Windows Server
• 3-5 years of experience providing 1st/2nd line support

Desirables

• Network+ or CCNA
• Microsoft Certified Associate (e.g. M365 Desktop MD100 & MD101)
