Senior Salesforce Developer:

A 100+ year old investment management business, with £250+ billion in assets is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer for their newly established Salesforce team. They are determined to leverage technology to improve experiences for their clients and staff and are therefore overhauling their existing CRM systems – it’s an initial Sales Cloud implementation, but they are also strongly considering Omnistudio (if you have any experience of this, that would be highly beneficial)!

As the Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be expected to build, guide and lead a team to deliver innovative solutions. You’ll be involved in strategic decisions, whilst also still being technically hands on, working on advanced development.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3+ years Salesforce development experience.
• Leveraged Apex and Lightning Web Components to build end-to-end solutions.
• A broad understanding of the Salesforce product suite and its capabilities and limitations.
• Exposure to Omnistudio (highly desirable).
• Financial services background (highly desirable).
• Excellent communication skills.

Role: Senior Salesforce Developer

Location: Hybrid – typical working week will be 3 days in their London office and 2 days from home.

Salary: £70,000 – £85,000 + 20% bonus
