Salary: £46,149 / 10 monthsLocation: Greater LondonJob Type: FreelanceSenior Partnership Marketing Manager needed to lead on a range of B2B2C integrated campaigns & planning for 2024. THE COMPANYOur client is an internationally respected sustainable development charity based in Central London. THE ROLEReporting into the Head of Brand & Public Engagement you will be responsible for planning and delivering integrated Partner marketing activities targeting consumers, shoppers, supporters and staff. This will include: – managing budgets to forecast, monitor and report on all commercial KPIs – work with the Senior Creative Services Manager over the production and delivery of all of the partner marketing and commercial material, ensuring these are effective and delivered on brand – work with the Engagement Manager & Commercial Partners to help to inform the B2B comms strategy – work with the Digital Engagement Manager and Digital Supporter and Donor Marketing Assistant to bring Partner marketing activity and initiatives to the attention of supporters and to gain buy-in and action where relevant. – attend meetings with key accounts alongside account managers as a marketing expert to help build and foster commercial partner relationships YOUTo be successfully considered for the role of Senior Partnership Marketing Manager, you will need – a proven background in partnership marketing – experience of creating integrated B2B2C and B2C marketing campaigns, across digital, event, print and social media channels – experience of partnering with businesses, marketing through them to reach the end consumer / shopper with mutually beneficial marketing programmes – experience in developing consumer and commercial propositions and communications – a track record of creating compelling and effective communications. – demonstrated experience of leading & co-ordinating internal and external partners and stakeholders in successful delivery of projects or promotions (project management skills) – broad digital experience, covering website creation, social networking and creation of successful online communications programmes – strong leadership skills including the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders in the successful delivery of projects – demonstrable experience of both strategic campaign planning and project delivery, with a track record of delivering innovative content on time, within budget – previous line management experience – degree level qualification or comparable by experience. – formal marketing training and qualification or equivalent level of knowledge gained through experience.
