O365 Technical Specialist/Architect – Migrations

FULLY REMOTE 12 months PAYE Contract MUST BE SC Cleared

Workingdirectly for one of the Worlds’ largest tech companies we are looking for Senior and experienced O365 Engineers and Architects who are experienced in migrating from Google to Microsoft O365.

Do to the nature of the work you will need to either have current Security Clearance.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Assessing customer environments, identify the actions needed for a smooth and efficient migration.
• Leading with an identity driven security approach based on best practices.
• Lead the enablement of the MS services and delivering governance best practices
• Ensuring all migration prerequisites are satisfied in a timely manner to guarantee a successful velocity migration
• Serving as technical advisers and owning the resolution of issues that arise during the onboarding phases.
• Maintaining a strong working & technical knowledge, taking ownership for driving service improvements
• Cultivating and sharing knowledge proactively with others through communities
• Capturing engagement data, customer health, and communicating process and technology improvement feedback.
• Representing the Voice of the Customer leveraging current toolsets.

Core Technical Skills Needed:

* Microsoft Office 365: possess a in depth knowledge of Office 365 services and architecture including other cloud products

*Experienced in migrations from Google to O365

*Strong problem-solving ability ranging from conceptualization to implementation

*Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple planforms and systems
