Senior Network Consultant – Juniper, JNCIP – Up To £110,000 – London Based Full Time

You will be part of scaling, growing and Conquering The ISP World in their words. This business is driven by ex techies who understand what truly makes you happy. They have one of the strongest Juniper partnerships in the industry and multiple customers from thousands to 10’s thousands.

You will be covering BAU, design and builds across multiple customers. Act as an unofficial mentor and be seen as a Senior Consultant across the business. Office travel will be required 3 days per week, home based being 2 days per week. This is due to the team ship and culture they have and plans they have to grow.

Key Skills:

• Must have either Juniper/Cisco/Nokia/Arista experience – Training on Juniper provided.
• Experience dealing with large networks within an ISP environment.
• Great foundation and knowledge ofa networking standards, protocols, and technologies.
• Extensive experience with configuring and maintaining Juniper Routers in a service provider environment.
• MPLS networks, VPLS, BGP and dual stack environments.

Current Network Consultant team consists of 10 people, huge plans to double this as a minimum in 2023. Open plan office, pet friendly, great buzz, collaborative nature and sweets provided consistently!

Responsibilities:

• Commission, maintain and upgrade the Network Infrastructure.
• Manage change to the Network Infrastructure when required.
• Responsible for operational systems and intervene where and when required.
• Maintain correct and detailed documentation for the Network Infrastructure.
• Help adapt and develop technical procedures as the company grows.
• Assist other Network Engineers in resolving incidents, requests, and changes in a timely manner, including escalations.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, working with customers and third-party suppliers.
