We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Automation Specialist to join our client, A large financial institution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Dynamics 365 and marketing automation, with specific experience in the investment or asset management sector. This role is crucial in implementing and managing our marketing automation strategies, as well as driving the adoption of a new platform across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Dynamics 365 marketing automation systems
• Develop and execute dynamic customer journeys and insights
• Utilize Dynamics Marketing and Dynamics CRM to enhance marketing efforts
• Present strategies and collaborate with key stakeholders
• Lead stand-ups and conduct training sessions on marketing automation tools
• Spearhead the implementation and rollout of a new platform company-wide

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Senior Marketing Automation Specialist
• In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365, Dynamics Marketing, and Dynamics CRM
• Strong background in marketing automation and customer journey mapping
• Experience working in the investment or asset management industry
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead training sessions and stand-ups
• Strong project management skills for platform implementation
