As we continue to grow our teams, we are on the lookout for our new Senior IT Service Desk Analyst.

Every day is different at The Bread Factory, but here are some of the things you will be doing:

Provide hardware and software support both locally and remotely.
Manage your ticket queue effectively and efficiently by owning incidents and requests, and ensuring user(s) are updated regularly.
Support users on iOS technologies and cloud applications.
Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills with the ability to problem solve.
Liaise with and escalate issues to 2nd and 3rd line technicians including 3rd parties where appropriate.

Are curious and able to look at the bigger picture.
Are able to troubleshoot issues and consider yourself a problem solver.
Have 2 years of experience in a similar or previous role.
Have sound knowledge and experience of a wide range of IT applications and platforms such as M365, Active Directory, Hardware etc.
