We have huge ambitions and the role of Senior Impact Officer is critical to achieving these. As Senior Impact Officer, you will play a key role in undertaking the collection, collation and reporting of data and information, to demonstrate impact and share learning. You will lead on designing evaluation and learning plans to identify what works in practice, and ensure every project is underpinned by robust cycles of evaluation and review. The role will incorporate two key functions in monitoring, evaluation and impact management as well as learning and reporting. In this exciting new role, you will assist in developing and shaping the direction of our evidence work. Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of meeting the following criteria: experience of both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, including design, data collection and analysis, gained through professional experience and/or education experience of evaluation and impact measurement practice gained through professional experience and/or education ability to analyse large and complex data sets to deliver data driven insight advanced IT skills, including ability to work with MS Office application, CRM and data analysis tools (such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel, Power BI, Tableau equivalent) excellent communication skills including written and oral good knowledge of the charity and/or mental health sector We welcome applications from Black and Minoritised and LGBTQIA+ groups as they are currently under-represented.
