Senior Broking Technician – Technical Processing, Placing, Claims, Credit Control, Broking, SQL, OpenTWINS

A leading London Market Insurance Broker is currently searching for a Senior Broking Technician to join their technology, data and innovation team. You will be directly responsible for developing requirements and prioritising the product backlog for one of their most business-critical products; OpenTWINS.

The role will primarily involve broking business processes and you will be working very closely with the Product Manager and Broker Application team to contribute to the product vision and roadmap to ensure that the product continues to support the business and enables them grow. You will also need to provide insights and advise the business on any potential risks that may be involved with broker processes.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

• A solid background in technical processing across various product types and functional roles including placing, claims or credit control.
• A background in the London Market is essential and any experience working for a Broker would be ideal.
• Knowledge of SQL and RDBMS systems would be great to have if possible.
• Any knowledge of OpenTWINS would be great but is not essential.
