Role: 2nd Line Support Engineer
Location: City of London (Hybrid working, 3 days onsite, 2 days remote working)
Salary: 35,000 – 38,000 per annum + benefits
We are currently working with a large scale, global organisation based in the construction field, who require a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their team during a period of growth. They require a 2nd Line Engineer who can support the organisation and customers within it. You will demonstrate a positive and proactive approach to the role, be committed to delivering customer service excellence and enable the business to achieve its goals. You will contribute and share ideas to help develop the business and continually seek opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
