Our client is a small consultancy firm that specialises in Service design/architecture and Project/Programme Management services and works in partnership with major global clients within public and secure government.

We are seeking an experienced DV Cleared Business Change Lead/Consultant for one of the UK secure government project, based in London. The successful candidate will have a significant experience in complex business change programmes and some experience of ITSM would be great. Please note this role is part of a consultancy service with a max 18 working days per month. This role will be a hybrid model with an opportunity to work from home and occasional travel to the site (Frequency – Fortnightly).

Your day-to-day duties may include:

• Ability to create, own and run a BC Plan
• Experience of benefit identification and measurement
• PROSCI qualification and experience in ADKAR framework
• Creation of communications and transition plans
• Experienced in writing comms for different audiences
• Creating a Communications, Engagement, and Awareness (CEA) Plan
• Creating and coordinating the delivery of communications to end users at agreed points in the delivery life cycle
• Documenting a Business Change and Transition (BCT) Plan
• Documenting and identifying dependencies and assumptions for the CEA and BCT Plans
• Producing a Benefits Realisation Plan
• Creating and distributing progress reports
• Producing Business Change Management Information reports based on business need and priorities

Due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate will have a valid UK Security clearance prior to the start.
