Security 3rd Party Relationship Manager – Up to £70,000 + 20% Bonus – Flexible Working

A Security 3rd Party Relationship Manager is required to join a British Multinational Conglomerate on a permanent basis. There is flexible working options for this role, with hybrid working available from offices in the following locations: London, Coventry, Milton Keynes or Manchester.

As part of the Data Governance and Information Security Team, you will be responsible for providing security support and consultancy directly to business functions who are delivering change outside of the Technology function.

Responsibilities:

• Leading a team of Security Analysts to advise and support business units on initiatives that are not being handled by the organization’s Technology department or outside vendors.
• Ensuring that vendors comply with security policies and contractual agreements for information security services.
• Collaborating with business stakeholders at the early stages of change projects to ensure compliance with security policies and data governance requirements.
• Overseeing annual penetration testing of business-owned assets that are not overseen by the organization’s Technology department, and ensuring that vulnerabilities are addressed in line with policy SLAs.
• Developing additional metrics and KPIs to monitor security performance, and supporting the finance budget process for new services.
• Acting as a liaison between Legal and Procurement teams to negotiate contracts and improve existing information security clauses.

Experience Required:

• Leadership and stakeholder management at various levels.
• Setting and achieving SMART goals, and supporting team members in their professional development.
• Data analytics and ability to present data in a way that drives change.
• Knowledge of regulations and security frameworks such as PCI, GDPR and NIST.
