Where does this role sit
They say data is the new oil, and as the UK’s largest retail, commercial and digital bank, we certainly have a lot of data! Our new Client Insights lab has been created to transform this data into valuable client propositions and insights, enabling businesses to grow based on genuine data-driven intelligence. This is where you come in we need a highly motivated, assured and articulate Scrum Master who is not afraid to challenge and try new ways of working as we develop innovative new data propositions for our clients.

What will I do?
Help the team to embed and actively use the Transformation Principles and Practices to drive continuous improvement. You’ll coach, inspire, motivate and support the team to continuously improve their ways of working.
You’ll help the team set up and facilitate their Agile events (planning, stand ups, reviews, retrospectives etc.) and understand the value and purpose of them. Help the team understand and utilise Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tooling (e.g., JIRA) to improve their Agile ways of working.
Champion data quality, coach and support the team to identify blockers/barriers to effective delivery, remove these and remove or escalate where appropriate.
