Job Title: SAP Platnium Partner
Location: Offices in London, Coventry and Glasgow . This role will be a home based appointment and the individual assigned to the closest office to where they live. Attendance for meetings would be less than once a week currently.

Sustained success and business growth has resulted in NTTDATA Business Solutions UK&I requiring an additional In-house Recruiter to join our HR team and manage our full cycle recruiting processes, supporting the company to deliver highly skilled candidates in an SAP software environment.
Internal Recruiter responsibilities include acting on current and future hiring needs, advertising job openings online, active social media posting and promoting employee referral programs with the objective of filling our vacancies with suitably qualified candidates. To be successful in this role, you should have an HR academic background along with work experience in sourcing, interviewing and evaluating candidates. Experience with SuccessFactors recruitment modules will be an advantage.

Collaborate with hiring managers to write job ads for vacancies that enhance the brand and attract highly qualified candidates Advertise job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks (e.g. LinkedIn) Source candidates through online channels (e.g. professional networks and portfolio sites) Use passive headhunting techniques to locate candidates who may otherwise not be making themselves available Screen resumes and applications and update candidates on hiring processes Interview candidates during various hiring stages, including initial suitability calls and first-round interviews as required Arrange interviews that meet timelines for intended start dates Report to hiring managers and HR managers on the status of open positions proving accurate data for reporting purposes Evaluate and refer candidates based on their interview and assignment performance Determine qualification criteria for each position Analyse turnover and retention rates to forecast hiring needs Update job descriptions (e.g. add tasks or modify requirements) Answer candidates’ queries regarding the application process Provide interview feedback and notes, when necessary and appropriate Participate in job fairs to boost company’s reputation Promote and implement employee referral programs Contribute to strategies to attract new candidates Help new hires onboard
Requirements and skills
Proven work experience as an Internal Recruiter, Recruiter or similar role within an IT environment. SAP experience an advantage Demonstrate a solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting Have experience using various interview formats (e.g. phone, structured, group) Ability to organise skills assessment centers (e.g. job simulation activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/ EQ tests) Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases Good knowledge of labour legislation Excellent verbal and written communication skills
