Role Summary:
The SAP & CRM Systems Specialist will be tasked with implementing, configuring, and enhancing the SAP system to improve our sales and presentation workflows. Additionally, this role involves configuring and optimizing our CRM platform to better manage client interactions, track outreach activities, and support team collaboration. The successful candidate will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure that both systems align with our business needs and support our growth strategy.
*Primary Responsibilities:*
1 *SAP System Implementation:*
– Lead the deployment of the SAP system across the organization, focusing on optimizing sales, marketing, and presentation workflows.
– Tailor and configure SAP modules to suit the unique needs of our media advertising operations.
– Oversee the integration of SAP with other existing tools, including the CRM system, email marketing platforms, and LinkedIn outreach.
– Provide training and support to staff to ensure a smooth transition and effective utilization of SAP.
2 *CRM Configuration and Management:*
– Implement and configure the CRM system to effectively manage client interactions, outreach campaigns, and sales pipelines.
– Continuously refine the CRM system to enhance functionality, reporting capabilities, and user experience.
– Ensure seamless integration of the CRM with other sales and marketing tools, enabling smooth data exchange and communication.
– Incorporate team collaboration features within the CRM to improve coordination and communication among team members.
3 *Team Collaboration and Support:*
– Collaborate with sales, marketing, and IT teams to align SAP and CRM functionalities with the organization’s business goals.
– Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the SAP and CRM systems.
– Monitor system performance regularly and propose improvements as needed.
– Work closely with leadership to define and document business processes supported by SAP and CRM systems.
4 *Training and Documentation:*
– Design and conduct training sessions for team members to ensure effective use of the SAP and CRM systems.
– Develop comprehensive documentation on system setup, configuration, and best practices.
– Act as the primary point of contact for any technical support or system-related inquiries.
*Required Qualifications:*

– Demonstrated experience in implementing SAP systems, particularly in a sales or media advertising context.
– Strong background in CRM system configuration and management.

– Familiarity with sales processes and team collaboration tools.
