SAP APO-DP/APO Demand Planning Consultant – 6-12 months – West London/Hybrid – Inside IR35

An experienced SAP APO-DP/APO Demand Planning Consultant is sought for an initial 6-12-month contract with a client based in London – hybrid working is available. The client is a global leader in their industry sector; this role comes at a time of heavy new project investment into the business.

To be considered for the role you must have:

• At least 2+ full life cycle SAP APO DP implementations
• Experience in Configuring, Testing, Implementing, and supporting SAP APO – Demand Planning (DP)
• Experience in SAP APO version upgrades, enhancement pack upgrades and implementations with SAP recommended Best Practices as drivers

Technical knowledge

• Apply growing technical knowledge of the SAP Advanced Planner & Optimizer (APO) Module to solve application issues of varying complexity
• Communicate with business partners and gather business requirements
• Work as a liaison among stakeholders in order to elicit, analyse, communicate, document and validate requirements for changes to business processes, revising existing system logic difficulties as necessary, policies and information systems ensuring testing requirements are met and documenting business requirements
• Competent to work on all phases of development and has a good understanding of a business or function
• Globally monitor customer program/consignment inventory as they relate to established values and performance targets
