We are seeking a Sales Director who will play a critical role in our mission of becoming the top agency partner for Salesforce.

In your role as a Sales Director, you will be responsible for co-creating the Go-To-Market Strategy and leading all sales activities related to DEPT’s Salesforce partnership in the (UK/NL/DACH) region. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of sales experience within the Digital sector, as well as a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform. You will have access to a great CRM packed full of contacts and leads, but leveraging your network is key in this role.

We are looking for a creative, talented, and seasoned tech-savvy business developer: a person who feels comfortable in an open and inspiring environment within a fast-moving Digital Agency and would rather think about tomorrow than about yesterday.

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with all relevant Account executives and Sales leaders within the Salesforce teams of your region.
• Do account mapping exercises with Salesforce and internal DEPT teams to keep spotting new opportunities.
• Create a way to make sure that DEPT is the top-of-mind partner within the Salesforce partner ecosystem.
• Come up with new ways to make sure that we help Salesforce sell licenses.
• Get creative and collaborate with tech-partners account executives to make sure that leads/opps are shared with us at an early stage.
• Keep our internal AMs and Sales leaders up to date on any opportunities and news regarding Salesforce and its relevant products.
• Drive our Go to Market Strategy within our key markets and improve it where needed.
• Leverage your strong network to spot new opportunities.
• Lead the generation of the pipeline and sales funnel across all sales channels, including digital marketing, social media, and traditional sales.
• Track record of closing complex sales deals and building positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels in complex organizations.
• Create a strategic plan for cross- and upsell and align with our internal teams.
• Help BDRs create the right focus to make campaigns more effective.
• Work together with our Partner Marketing Lead to set up an ongoing stream of new content.
• Come up with new ideas that can elevate our Salesforce Practice.

You:

• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience to conduct successful face-to-face meetings with both C-level as well as Managers where you work to understand their objectives and business plans, top-level technical requirements, and wider digital ecosystems.
• You are characterized by an entrepreneurial mindset and getting things done mentality.
• Work in a structured, binding, and precise manner, deliver results quickly, and always meet your high standards of work quality.
• Can own the sales process and manage multiple streams of work, prioritizing and being able to remain focused on the “end goal”.
• Strong skills in proposal creation, identifying user challenges, and working with internal specialists to identify the perfect solution for the client.
• Enjoy independent observation of trends, innovations, and events around the tech partner’s (e.g. Salesforce) cloud landscape.
