The Role:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market share in the construction technology sector.

Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and fostering a culture of excellence.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to drive long-term business growth.

The Requirements:

Sales leadership experience

Ideally Construction Management, Project Management, CDE or Site Management SaaS experience

Open to other types of ConTech

Proven track record of success in your role
