SAFe Program Consultant – SC Cleared – South England – £675

You will join a global IT consultancy providing support to a MoD project. The role is for a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Program Consultant (SPC) to take a leading role in within the project. Ideally you will be a Certified SPC, however this could also be a good role for experienced Agile practitioners keen to complete the Implementing SAFe course and build experience in the implementation of Scaled Agile.

This is a hybrid role, expected to involve remote working and regular meetings at our client locations throughout the South West, South East and London.

The role:

• Leading our engagements to support the client in their adoption of SAFe and LPM, acting as a ‘customer friend’ to the MoD delivery team.

• Relationship management with key stakeholders in Defence Digital, with industry partners, and with the user community.

• Providing insight and sharing Agile best-practice throughout the programme and affiliated projects.

• Ensuring our commitments are fulfilled to a high level of quality and client satisfaction (measured by quarterly KPIs).

Required Competencies:

• Have a minimum of 5 years experience in SAFe, gained either in delivery or consulting roles.

• Have confidence working in a client-side advisory role, and as a relationship manager.

• Have the flexibility to travel, to meet regular commitments in Bristol and farther afield.
