Ruby Developer / Technical Lead (RoR AWS SaaS) Hybrid WFH . Do you have expertise with Ruby on Rails? You could be progressing your career in a senior, hands-on role at a well funded tech start-up within the cryptocurrency space that allows users to manage different currencies and take care of the tax implications involved on one easy to use platform.

As a Ruby Developer / Technical Lead you’ll provide technical expertise, designing and developing backend RoR software with scalability and code optimisation in mind. You’ll lead projects across the full software development lifecycle including research, architecting, designing, managing the technical roadmap and constantly evaluating and seeking improvement. You’ll be working with a modern tech stack encompassing microservices and AWS on a hugely scalable SaaS product that is set for great success and has significant funding.

Following a remote interview process you’ll join colleagues in the office 2-3 days in a hybrid work from home model.

Requirements:

You have advanced Ruby / Ruby on Rails development experience, within a SaaS or start-up / small company environment
You have experience across the full software development lifecycle and are able to take ownership and lead projects from ideation through to delivery
You have experience within AWS and microservices environments
You have an Agile product development mindset
You’re well versed in software development best practices
You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, happy to mentor and help develop others
