Quant Risk Consultant – Financial Services – London – 1 year contract

Quant Risk Consultant, required. My client, a leading financial markets company is looking for a Quant Risk Consultant who will be supporting senior team members with BAU and Project work.

This person will be analysing the existing risk frameworks and models, looking at risk mitigation, back testing and reporting and they will also have a focus on the interest rates asset class.

This is on a yearly contract basis and will offer a competitive day rate of up to £235 and will be based in the heart of London. This position will offer no hybrid working, and will be onsite full time.

Key Requirements:

• PhD or Masters degree in Maths/Finance/Computer Science related degree
• Programming skills in C#, C++, R, Python or SQL
• Any derivatives exposure or Quantitative experience is highly beneficial but not essential.
