Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team based in London, on a permanent basis. The role is a hybrid working model.

You will have proven experience managing SAP SuccessFactors implementations, preferably SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. The primary project which is the (re)implementation of SAP SuccessFactors EC aims at eliminating redundancy and complexity in our client’s HR IT landscape, resulting in more straight through processing in HR processes and ensuring a high quality payroll process. You will be bridging HR, IT, Finance and multiple suppliers in order to harmonize and simplify the IT landscape for People Administration and Payroll.

Project Manager – Key Skills:

• Demonstrable leadership and stakeholder management experience in complex organisations and with the execution of organisation wide projects;
• Significant work experience in large scale IT implementations and business transformation;
• Proven knowledge or affinity with HR subject matter and HR system & process implementations;
• Proven experience managing SAP SuccessFactors implementations, preferably SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central;
• Proven experience with rolling out change within an organisation, change management expertise;
• Proven business analysis experience, is preferable;
• Preferably experience with similar projects in the financial industry;
• Recognised Project Management certification or relevant degree (IT, Engineering, Business Administration, Management etc) with proven project management experience;
• Must have the following soft skills:
