Lead Project Delivery: Oversee the delivery of the project within the collections domain, ensuring the successful achievement of milestones and desired outcomes.

Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain accountability for engaging with stakeholders, coordinating with partners, and managing relationships with all involved parties.

Programme and Project Planning: Take ownership of the programme and project plans, ensuring they are comprehensive and aligned with strategic goals.

Governance Setup: Establish regular governance meetings with customers to ensure transparency, alignment, and effective communication.

Strategic Execution: Develop and implement strategies for efficient execution and delivery, optimizing processes and resources.

Cost and Budget Management: Monitor and control project costs and budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met and resources are utilized effectively.
