We’re looking for a Productivity and Collaboration Manager to govern and manage the secure adoption and usage of the Met’s Microsoft 365 capabilities. You’ll act as the single point of contact for all internal and external audits relating to Office 365, as well as being responsible for reviewing the Office 365 governance model documentation. It’ll see you propose, create and update spot-on policies and guidelines about using Office 365. You’ll support our IT Security teams on everything to do with Office 365, including information protection and sharing, data leak protection, data labelling, data privacy, tenant policies and reporting. Plus, you’ll facilitate the introduction of features and tools, based on business demands – ensuring compliance with data privacy, security and best practice.
To be successful in this role, it goes without saying that you’ll be an expert in Microsoft 365 technologies, particularly Productivity and Collaboration, Power Platform and Office Online. You’ll be an all-round excellent communicator with experience of conflict and issue resolution, and you’ll be a strong collaborator, facilitator and negotiator.
