Product Owner (Digital Fintech & remote UK working) Full Time

2 Product Owners required by forward-thinking London based fintech success story. Working remotely (UK only) with once a month in person get togethers at their HQ in central London.

As an experienced Product Owner, you will have worked in a Scrum or Agile team, and possess the ability to innovate, partner and collaborate with customers and colleagues to implement the best digital experience (human centred design experience) for our customers.

• An understanding of the needs of business customers and how we can serve them digitally
• A passion for customer centric design
• Familiarity with digital product management techniques, such as Lean start-up
• An understanding of database design and information modelling techniques
• Knowledge of financial services or pensions and working within a regulated environment would be desirable
• Working alongside Senior members of Product Management, you will be responsible for defining and prioritising the product backlog items based on the initiatives aligned to the strategy.
• Product Owner will work directly with the engineering team to ensure that the product backlog items are clearly defined, feasible, and aligned with the team’s capabilities.
• The customer will be at the heart of our digital plans, and you’ll constantly help improve their digital journey
• Oversee the service delivery of our digital channel set, making sure all aspects of our digital customer journey deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Support senior management in driving the development of our digital priorities and needs
• You will drive aspects like performance management, service proposition and customer experience. You’ll be setting the vision for a whole host of digital features, making sure that we create a world-class experience for our customers. What’s more, you’ll take ownership of the definition, management and prioritisation of the digital backlog.
