Experience of developing highly engaging digital products (through agile methodologies).
Proven track record in integrating digital products and new technologies with more traditional elements of the marketing mix or within a health environment.
Track record of delivering products through Agile processes, leading a cross-functional team, defining user stories and prioritising the backlog.
Experience delivering digital innovation by following Agile processes to ideate, prototype, test and build new products or services.
Experience of product level budget responsibility including budget setting and working knowledge of financial processes.
Understanding of behaviour change theory and application to product development.
A passion for the issues involved in creating change in health-related behaviours.
Skills and capabilities
Excellent product management skills with the ability to plan and deliver projects to a high standard, to tight timescales and within budget.
Ability to promptly reassess workloads and priorities when there are conflicting demands during a project.
