Want to be a Product Manager for a financial company that is expert in fintech/payroll services across the world?

You may be interested in a Product Manager role I’m hiring for in London for a fast-growing financial technology company looking for the perfect team member to take their cutting-edge global payroll and HR software to the next level

Here’s why you might be interested

• You’ll deliver user requirements, working cross-functionally to ensure user stories are consistent and drive the prioritisation of work across the development squad, whilst managing and maintaining the backlog ensuring value-driven decisions are being made.

• You will be directly interacting with our Managing Director and Head of Engineering to ensure that specifications are clear and prioritised effectively.

• You will have vast autonomy to use any tools and agile methodologies to ensure features are correctly delivered and there is a smooth day-to-day running of the product and tech departments.

Great if you know about

• Have experience delivering software projects in a small/mid-size tech company

• Have great communication and organisational skills whilst working under pressure and prioritising.

• Have experience with scrum and agile methodology.

• Have a strong product mindset with a “user first” attitude to feature development.
